Refund policy
We’ll be happy to replace or refund anything unopened or unwanted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
We’re sorry to say that for hygiene reasons, we’re not able to accept any item that has been opened.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fsvape.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What happens if I want a refund?
We’ll always refund you to the payment method used at checkout. Once a refund has been issued, it can take up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) for your bank to put the funds back into your account.
Disposable Product Returns
Atomizers (coils) are a working part of your device and have a limited life span. We will accept dead on arrival returns if reported with 48hrs of sale or delivery. Please note you should soak a new coil for at least 15mins before vaping
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like DISPOSABLE PUFF BARS AND COILS. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
E-Liquid & Drip Tips
We are unable to accept the return of e-liquids or drip tips that have been opened or used in anyway on the grounds of health & safety as well as for hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your customer changes their mind and wishes to return the item, please inform us within 14 days of the goods being received. In this instance, we can only accept returns if the items are in brand new and unused condition. The buyer will be liable for returns costs.
If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was posted, then we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.
We provide warranty for all products for up to 90 days from the date of purchase, except for e-liquids, disposable products and clearance items, for which warranty does not apply.
Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection. Return labels will be provided for faulty products. However we are unable to cover return costs for accidental orders or buyers having changed their mind.
For all returns, we will send you a "Return Form". You must fill in the return form and send it with the item returned. If we receive any product without a return form then this will result in a delay in processing your return. Please make sure you include the return number provided on the return form. The return number is same as your order number.
You will be responsible for any damages caused to the items in return transit by inappropriate packaging.
We will do our utmost to be fair in all instances, and to help you resolve any problems that you may experience. Our main goal above anything else is complete end customer satisfaction.
Please note: We do not allow customers to return the products prior to delivery. They will be unable to return the goods back to the driver/courier upon arrival, as this may lead to a lengthy returns process, and there is no guarantee that the returned goods will reach us. If you change your mind regarding the product, please wait until the order has been received and use the returns process as described above.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged through email, chat or whatsapp.
Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us as soon as possible on any of the above methods, we will aim to rectify this as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
